With over 20 years working alongside both global brands and local businesses, Chera understands the value of connecting big-picture strategy to the needs of our community.
Chera’s career spans power sports, outdoor gear, technology, and more—helping well-known names like Can-Am, EZ-GO, and Bell Helicopter grow and adapt. But what truly sets her apart is her passion for giving back: as an Adjunct Professor at Boise State and as a dedicated volunteer, she’s always looking for ways to share what she’s learned and strengthen the place she calls home.
Building strong teams, challenging the status quo, and always putting people first—these are values at the heart of Chera’s approach.
